Great Coaching Call I had a great coach call. I explained my body goals and she really listened. She gave me positive feedback and great suggestions on how to achieve my goals and better incorporate more protein. She explained how my diet can help me achieve my goals along w/ best exercise to focus on and maximize hypertrophy.
