Supportive through Project life cycle So far, I have completed 2 projects with Arc and the experience has been great. They support their devs all through the project life cycle. Finally, I've always received my payments on time; just as promised.

Irresponsible service This is the worst platform for developers. I went through their system and was on their platform for 4-5 months, during which I got interviewed for couple of times but no updates after the interview. There was no communication from the Arc team. The client rather reached out to me over LinkedIn complaining Arc never got back to him either. Providing the feedback to the team or their CEO didn't help. This is a hustle being run by unprofessional people who don't respect others time. I avoid giving such negative reviews but a service which wastes time and effort of developers needs to be called out. Please avoid!

Nice platform for freelancing roles I've been doing part-time freelancing through Arc for 5 months now. Arc took care of the paperwork with my clients, and getting the payment through to me, and it's been stellar at that, thanks to their helpful and friendly staff. The quanity of available roles definetly needs to grow, but everything else has been perfect. It's also worth mentioning that to join Arc you must go through a screening process which is quite intensive, but also respectful of your time.

Complete lack of contact. Waste of time Maybe it's just them using the stupid automated skill set list, that CV library extracts, but my CV is something else. With decades of experience I am appalled by agencies that cannot even be bothered to send an email. It's been 2 weeks, and the position is still listed, is this just another CV scraping exercise? Who can tell with service like this.

Professional and unique in the industry Professional and unique in the industry I've been a long-time mentor on the platform and for a year we are using CMX that helped me build a profitable business. The team is easy to talk to and they are always helpful figuring out the various issues you can face while freelancing. Without CMX our sales pipeline would've been way less stable and they save over 50 hours compared to other platforms for each deal (this is specific to our statistics).
