Ordered the aluminum adjustabells Ordered the aluminum adjustabells, waited over a month to ship, first use and one of the threaded bolts just falls into the handle, has almost no grab, someone can and will seriously hurt themselves on this terrible product. The rubber bushing are super glued in and fail out of the box.

Customer support lacking. Awful craftsmanship. Customer support is pretty much absent and item arrived defective/falling apart. I've been waiting to hear back for over 3 weeks regarding basic product information in an email exchange. and phone calls go straight to voicemail. My YinYang Pros arrived with no padding or protection, just a thin form fitting box. They were sloppily assembled and the screw didn't even line up; resulting in one end falling off immediately after removing them from the box.
