Their products are top notch in quality and durability. I've actually made great gains from their bench press band replicating weighted bench press. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

ITI bought the expert full body bench… I bought the expert full body bench resistance bands kit , so far everything worked amazing, and the bands didn't snap at all. I can get great workouts with the innstar resistance bands, i also got my strength back in 1 half week of constant training with the innstar resistance bands, the quality material is great, and they give you quite muscle tension when you're training. I will definitely buy more resistance bands from innstar to increase the weight. Great products and glad to be affiliated with them and sponsor their products, cause they really deserve it.

GBExcellent product, does exactly what’s advertised and motivates for more Excellent product. I’ve always wanted to work out with weights but don’t have the time to leave the house to go to the gym. Now I have this kit in my living room I’ve been using it everyday. Noticed my stamina going up and feeling a good pump. Everything you want in a home kit. Don’t hesitate, nows the time to start if you’re reading this. Delivery did take a while from the website but that was down to the courier and when I emailed innstar themselves about it, I was responded to within the day and very genuine responses at that. GBThe returns services is diabolical The returns services is diabolical. All returns have to be shipped to China at buyers expense which is very expensive and makes it impossible for you to get your money back !

GBShipping address issue/ received one month late I ordered a full body workout on November 17 and received an email that it was delivered November 22. I never received the package, so I emailed Innstar to see what the issue was. They stated that the address was correct and I would have to contact FedEx to resolve the issue. Per FedEx, the shipper put the incorrect address and was delivered to a completely different address. FedEx sent me a screenshot of the mailing information which I forwarded to Innstar. December 21st I received my workout equipment. I am satisfied with the product, however the hassle and time put into solving Innstar’s glitch was very frustrating. I feel that if I put the correct address, it wasn’t my duty be tracking down the package. Also it shouldn’t have taken a whole month for them to resend me another package when I put the correct address. Very frustrating but I can say once the equipment came I was pleased.
