Email Spam! Haven't even finished my registration and in less than 2 days I've gotten 6 emails harassing me to complete my registration! They are spamming and too intense! They state that they don't spam emails and as soon as you enter your email you are doomed!

Hidden subscription! My mother was charged nearly AU$900 over the last year after purchasing a book bundle.. needless to say she is terrified of buying anything online ever again. Edit - The company have now refunded about half since I pointed out she had just had just had a knee reconstruction and was absolutely not using their online workout program

Horrible customer service Videos are not great, customer service is horrible! I wrote 3 times for a refund and got no real response aside from an auto responder that Said they’re Too busy to respond to all the emails.

Not a cookbook but a disaster I bought the Warrior made Keto Carbs Cookbook for bread and pasta recipes. I questioned the amounts of some of the ingredients and they e-mailed back and said the amounts were correct. Being an accomplished cook and baker I still doubted but tried some of the recipes. Four big flops! I called for a refund and they said they only offer a refund for 6 days I live in Canada and the book wasn't even sent for 5 days from the time I ordered it. Big waste of money for the book and the lost ingredients which are not cheap. After this review, an associate of Warriormade e-mailed me and said they had a 60 day refund policy and would process a refund within 5-6 business days.

Scam! The books are great. However, I saw a monthly charge of $39.95 for a subscription that I did sign up for. I look at the emails they had sent after purchasing the books. Its says I have access to the warriormade tribe for 7 days. Nothing about cancelling a subscription afterwards. Big scam!! Not a way to treat customers. Shame on you.
