BAD BUNCH OF PEOPLE They are not a good bunch of people specially Kayson!!! They cannot be trusted at all!!! They out to rob you by all that shows up on your bank statement is a merchant account number!!! I Don’t believe anything they say!!! Trying to get a hold of these people is nonexistent it’s like they really don’t care in helping people!!! All they are into is collecting the money and that is all it is they are interest in or they would have there telephone number on bank statement so people can get a hold of them!!!

Awful business model, great customer service Cannot give five stars because I was upset at first. I ordered a set of books from them, and unknowingly was signed up for a membership. That being said, once I realized this I called them. They refunded me for the months that I had been charged. They did not question me, they just refunded the money and it was a very easy experience.

Sneaky subscription policy Sneaky subscription policy. I ordered the books and that's all I wanted. Since then, my credit card has been charged twice for $43.45. I demanded a refund. However, after reading the previous reviews, I'm not expecting much success here. Probably have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE!! THE BOOKS ARE NOT THAT GOOD AND CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE PROBLEMS!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would If I could give negative stars I would. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT MULTIPLE MONTHLY PAYMENTS OF 42.85 TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT!. I had to close bank account and open new account to stop them from withdrawing a couple of times per week. Please listen to the negative reviews and stay far away from this terrible company; should be ashamed of your unethical scheming company. SHAME ON YOU!

Watch Out. They are tricky!! They are not frontal about their membership and subscription. I should have heeded the reviews. I bought the package as advertised. I saw nothing about a subscriprtion. Lo and behold they tried to hit my card and got blocked for $39.95. I am one of the lucky ones. Double-check all the langauge and call first. BTW the sad part is that it's a good program and probably worth a subscription fee, but not more expensive than my gym membership.
