Fantastic seller Fantastic seller. My 1st order was lost. The P.O. didn't have proper tracking on it. Once I was able to get through to someone (this was the ONLY tough part) they immediately sent out a replacement. The original order never showed, but the replacement was perfect and pricing was fantastic. Highly recommended

What is Going On? I placed an order for a set of Shock Doctor hockey pants on January 5 only to have the order refunded 5 days later on January 10. To date, I still have no idea why I was refunded as no one from Surplushockey has contacted me. I understand that various issues and out-of-stock situations occur with on-line sales, but I do not understand why the company could not communicate with me and be truthful about the status of my order :(

I have purchased a few pieces of… I have purchased a few pieces of equipment from Surplushockeygear and have been very happy with them. I have used the equipment for hockey and ice skating, and they have held up very well. The equipment is durable, yet lightweight, which makes it easy to use. The price on the website was competitive with other websites; however, there were several more products from other websites that were cheaper than what I purchased from Surplushockeygear. Overall, I would recommend this company to others!

Disappointed Based off picture and product description i ordered elbow pads for my son. I was sent a completely different elbow pad. When I contacted to company they said it was the same one but for youth. I emailed back and said no where does it show this other elbow pad, I would have never purchased them if I would have know I was going to get something cheap and completely different then the description and picture shown. They said I could send it back. I asked for a shipping label and never heard from them after that. I ended up going to the local hockey store to purchase what I needed. I never write reviews for anything, so disappointed in this company.
