Great customer service Great customer service! I ordered an incorrect item and they actually called me to talk through ordering a replacement.

Fantastic seller Fantastic seller. My 1st order was lost. The P.O. didn't have proper tracking on it. Once I was able to get through to someone (this was the ONLY tough part) they immediately sent out a replacement. The original order never showed, but the replacement was perfect and pricing was fantastic. Highly recommended

Disappointed Based off picture and product description i ordered elbow pads for my son. I was sent a completely different elbow pad. When I contacted to company they said it was the same one but for youth. I emailed back and said no where does it show this other elbow pad, I would have never purchased them if I would have know I was going to get something cheap and completely different then the description and picture shown. They said I could send it back. I asked for a shipping label and never heard from them after that. I ended up going to the local hockey store to purchase what I needed. I never write reviews for anything, so disappointed in this company.

Not good Hello. I’m not not sure if this is a fedex mistake or not. I’ve ordered plenty of these from you and never had a problem but this week I ordered two more boxes. Only one box was delivered and it was delivered to my neighbor not my house. Please either send me another box ( preferably ) or refund me 50% Of my order. Thank you. While it was a different shape box than previous orders, there were Still 75 animals inside, same as the count of the previous boxes. Maybe someone thought it was a double box, not sure.

ITEMS LISTED AS IN STOCK BUT REFUNDED MONEY IMMEDIATELY The website indicated that the items I ordered were in stock, but when I made the order, I received a refund with no explanation of the reason for the refund. I assume the items were not in stock, but communication could have been better. As a small business owner with a web shop myself, I know how hard it can be to keep online inventory up to date, but good communication is key to maintaining trust with customers. I ordered two neck guard shirts, and I had read previous reviews that money was refunded without an explanation, so I had an idea that this might happen, but it was a bummer not to get the items I needed.
