I have been with goLance for more than… I have been with goLance for more than a year now and my first year here was awesome! I have not encountered any problems with my account and they have given some bonuses as well. However, these past few months, my withdrawal seems to be longer than before. I use to receive my withdrawal on my bank account just hours after I withdraw but these recently, I experienced weeks of waiting. I hope this won't happen again as most of the freelancers in a third world country have both ends meet. A delay can affect a lot.

As a client I don't recommend golance So I'm a client looking to hire freelancers. I posted a couple of hiring ads & 90% of these freelancers just ignore the hiring ad & then spam a generic cover letter ignoring my needs & questions. Unfortunately a good 75% of the online freelance space, but it seems worse on golance. During this time I got sick (still am sick in fact) & the next thing I know, I'm locked out of my account. I managed to somehow get their evil AI bot to get me a ticket opened & asked what was going on. golance pretty much accused me of whatever they accused me of, their exact words were "Your account was flagged due to suspicious activity. Our department of Risk & Compliance has banned you from our platform due to not verifying via Persona." No clue what Persona is, nor did they explain what it was. They didn't ask me ANY questions, didn't even want to hear my side of the story about anything & just closed the ticket. WOW They just cost freelancers potential work & me being able to hire freelancers. I guess there's soooo much work out there for freelancers these days (we know there's not), they don't care if they just cost them jobs. As a client, I don't recommend this unprofessional RUSH TO JUDGE company. Any company that doesn't actually TALK to their customers isn't a company anyone should want to deal with. That's the problem with some online companies, they are full of fear, they accuse human beings of things that aren't true, & they don't even have the intelligence & respect to talk things out. SMH

I have to rate glance a 0 if I could I have to rate glance a 0 if I could, because they wont respond back when you need them too, and they wont pay like me like they said I would get paid, and they wont give notification why they stopped paying, but yet they continue to use my Facebook account to run their ads? I think that's a cause of a lawsuit!!!! Now please pay me or, I'm going to cast you on news, and have your website Shut Down...with all respect!!
