ECI´m so happy I found this store! I´m so happy I found sun and ski, these guys are amazing. The interface is a bit basic, but the prices are unbeatable. I was looking for a pair of Tecnica shoes, which I couldn´t find anywhere else in the color I wanted. When I made the purchase I was a bit afraid; it was the first time I had purchased from them and there were not many reviews available. The day after I placed my order, I received an e-mail from customer service, updating me on it. Customer service would reply immediately to all my e-mails and they were always super nice. I received my order in a timely manner and the shoes are amazing!!! I ended up buying more items from them, and I will definitively buy from them again. I highly recommend this store

GBSuperior service and shipping I had previously purchased the same shoes at Journeys. Not only did you all cancel an order, my fault for fat fingering the address, but refunded and shipped out my new order before the fools at Journeys even refunded my original order with them. Thank you for being a breath of fresh air. Your customer service was amazing at canceling my original, incorrect address order quickly and efficiently. Your delivery was fast and I was kept up to date with shipping information along the way. I absolutely love my Hey Dudes and look forward to purchasing from you in the future.

GBImpeccable Bike team Service! We had to go back twice within a week for bike returns for our 10-year old, who apparently was at the cusp of a 24” and adult (XS) 27.5” bike. While we’d expected the bike team to be annoyed with seeing us a 3rd time in a week, they were fully understanding AND even suggested we let our little one ride the 3rd (and final bike) outside for a while to assure this was “the one”. We are forever customers!

GBI paid $30 to return bindings THEY gave… I paid $30 to return bindings THEY gave me incorrect details on; REFUSED me a free return shipping label AND didn't refund me the full amount. I've seen better customer service grow out of the side of a barn--LONG wait times & answers that sound like its a bot (unhelpful, non-human, nonsensical). We are a family of avid outdoorsy people, and Sun & Ski just LOST CUSTOMERS FOR GOOD. I've been dealing with Evo and Tactics... BOTH of which will give you the experience you want when buying gear online. Don't waste your time and money with this joke.
