GBCommunication was poor- great product Communication was poor - it took just over 4 weeks for my items to arrive, after 2 weeks I chased up to investigate to be told it would be with me in a couple of days - 2 weeks later the item arrived. A shame really as the product is brilliant and exactly what I wanted. Just a lack of customer service along the way.

GBGreat quality Great quality, so well made and timeless! A must for your saddle pad collection. I thought I would have 'PolyPads' embroidered on my pad as standard, as I didn't tick the box saying I didnt want that, but I think it meant the brand label being included on it not the brand embroidery. Cheaper postage/delivery would be nice but apart from that I'm happy with my purchase.

I went for the Doubler as I use a Treeless saddle and wanted a good comfy pad for my horse. The PolyPad arrived eleven days after the date it was ordered. Used the Poly Pad today, my horse and I very pleased with it. Thank you PolyPads.
