great service great service. the bag was shipped and delivered promptly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the TSA lock included was defective and I still haven't gotten a return call about it after leaving 3 messages.

Came through under some challenging circumstances Appreciate the follow through and diligence by the ASG team. we ordered 2 bike cases from them that were stuck on a ship outside the port. They kept us appraised of the situation and made sure that delivery would be in time for any trips we had planned. They even gave us other options in case our needs were more urgent. The cases came in due time. I would definitely recommend this team for cycling gear purchases.

I ordered and received an Aerotech… I ordered and received an Aerotech Evolution X TSA bike case from ASG. The case is certainly well built, however I immediately found that my wheels with gravel tires would not fit in the case. This surprised me as everyone knows that gravel riding is now a major component of the cycling world. I called ASG and was not greeted with much understanding although they knew this to be the case, nevertheless they agreed to take the bag back, however I would need to pay the $150 shipping fee. That evening I looked at all of the ASG advertising and YouTube reviews for the case and nowhere was anything mentioned about this limitation. I called again the next day and after a lot of haggling ASG agreed to split the shipping fee with me. This was unsatisfactory however there was nothing i could do so I needed to accept. I still see nothing about this glaring limitation in ASG's advertising of this case. I would never do business with them again.

Overall good experience - despite slight supply chain delay Overall good experience, great product. Communication was excellent and received regular updates related to status of order. Only downside is that website did not indicate item was back ordered and delivery would be delayed by 1+ month. As it was bought as a Christmas present, that did create a small issue. However, company did good job about providing status updates.
