About 2 months ago I purchased my first fat tire electric bike, I had technical questions about it although I couldn't get the company I purchased it from to respond... It was late at night I was scrolling on Facebook and saw this company HAOQI, and thought their bike kind of looks like mine maybe I will ask them the question, I got the sweetest lady named Celine she was a sales representative for HAOQI, she emailed me for over an hour and helped me with the problems I was having with my bike.. I told her I had purchased one of her competitors bikes although her customer service was so professional and she helped me with all the questions I had... That's amazing customer service and you don't see any more 😁👍💯 I am so grateful for Miss Celine and I would highly recommend purchasing a HAOQI bicycle because you know it will be backed by the best customer service ‼️ thank you Miss Celine again for the wonderful service and all the help you provided ❤️

We have been working with Haoqie for over a year now, we are pleased with their determination to make things right when there is a problem. We were pleased with the price and quality of their bikes, also if we had questions or needed parts, they bent over backwards to get us the correct parts and trusted us to get the bike corrected.
