GBWe lost the cap to our Huntington 3 tow… We lost the cap to our Huntington 3 tow tube. I emailed the company on Sunday afternoon. A short time later I received an email from Harper. He told me they were out of stock but he found one on Amazon that would work and sent me a link. I was very impressed with the speedy response and with Harper locating one for me to order on Amazon.

GBExcellent Customer Service Purchased a paddle board from Woot.com in April 2022. Prior to purchase, I saw that several reviews noted that the fin included was incorrect, but Swonder had promptly replaced it with the correct fin. The board arrived and sat in the box in my garage through the hot Florida summer. Last weekend, I took it out to try it and remembered the fin issue, so that was the first thing I tested. Mine did not fit and was obviously not the correct one for the board. I emailed Swonder on a Sunday and received a same day reply from Mira. Mira took the time to identify the issue and find the solution. Once I provided photos, she quickly replied that the correct fin would be shipped. She provided tracking info, and also followed up via email once the fin arrived to ensure that it was correct and in good working order. GREAT customer service! Thanks Mira and Swonder for an excellent experience.

GBI lost my fin during my last paddle session… I lost my fin during my last paddle session. I emailed them regarding ordering a new fin because the one I needed was out of stock on their website. They promptly responded to me and helped me locate a new fin to order.
