Booking difficulty I had a difficult time booking my reservation and called the help number. The young woman I reached went above and beyond helping me booking my reservation. There was difficulty at the site I was booking and she contacted the park and then called me back when they had been able to reconnect their WIFI. I believe her name was Emily.

Booking Fee Ripoff… When making a campground reservation I was surprised to see a reservation fee of $24.00 which amounted to $6.00 per night. The fee could be waived if I signed up for a free 14 day subscription to Spot2Nite after which they would charge an automatically renewing monthly fee. I didn't buy in to this scam and instead called the campground directly to make the reservation.

Beyond Met Expectations Upon booking, I realized I needed to add an additional day to my reservation. I called and talked to Emily, who was absolutely wonderful!! Nowadays, calling a 1-800 number for help usually results in talking with someone who isn't friendly or helpful, so I was calibrated for a hassle. Emily was the polar opposite of that! She happily noted my changes, said she would contact the property and then call me back the next day to confirm...and she did!!! Kudos to Emily. I am not 100% confident in using Spot2Nite. Thank you!

Ther was lots room to easily park … Ther was lots room to easily park camper car and truck! Well maintained and management was nice to talk to on the Phone for possible extention. No shade available, looks to be a new campground. Electic included. You are not far from Alamosa. Nice cool mornings in that area, highs of maybe 83 degrees.
