For me to land in a strange city during… For me to land in a strange city during Covid with my husband in the hospital, I was grateful I was referred to Suite Home's team here in Chicago. They made our four month stay with their exceptional care and courteous professionalism a most positive experience. They found the best location and apartment for what met my husband's and my needs. They also made sure everything was in working order, and they quickly replied to any questions I had. When we come back in the spring for my husband's follow-up series of physical therapy, we plan to work with them again. I trust them.

Two things have made our stay a little… Two things have made our stay a little iffy. First - Housekeeping has come in without knocking on several occasions and a couple of times on a day different than the scheduled cleaning day. In addition, the products they use to clean the bathroom has a very strong odor that caused my wife to have headaches. Second - The next door neighbor is a party guy. Three nights in a row, and on other occasions, he played music very loudly which made the partiers have to yell to have a conversation. Needless to say, these were sleepless nights for us.

Nice Property, Services could be better for the money Nice Property, nice location, staff is pretty responsive on most things. Downside, cleaning service not great, and they don't use their own supplies. Furniture is basic, uncomfortable (sofa). Also, no info on activities in building like when the pool opens, etc. The building won't give info to you since you are renting from Suite Home, and you don't get anything from Suite Home either. I asked and they sent something once, then nothing. For this much money, I would expect better.

Would definitely stay again Our experience with Suite Home should be divided into two parts: the pre-move in process (awful) and the post move-in process (wonderful). The sales reps were hard to get answers from, kept getting dates and dollar amounts confused, and hadn't even communicated to the building that we were moving in when we showed up to get our keys. However, once we got in, the place was clean and had everything we needed and the staff was very responsive to questions and concerns. We would use Suite Home again, in an instant, with the understanding that the "front of the house" just isn't so great.

Great location, comfortable stay and good amenities Great location, friendly staff and good amenities. In terms of what could be improved was the internet service in my room wasn’t working properly (I keep getting disconnected) and the housekeeping skipped one of the Mondays where they were supposed to clean my room every week. Other than these two, no major or minor issues. The room had everything I needed during my 1-month stay there and of course a great view of Chicago. I would recommend Aqua temp housing to everyone.
