Integration with Smoobu - Smoobu blames Pricelabs, which blames Smoobu bottom line - I have to disable VRBO 2. Slow. The system is hilariously slow 3. Geolocation - My properties are in Thailand yet are geolocated to Germany when comparing hotel prices. I opened a ticket and talked to support – Yeah, we will send this to the Data Science department. Well, I’m still waiting for a response, and hotels are still in Germany, 4. Prices unreliable – 1 bedroom apartment X3 more expansive than a two-bedroom apartment in the same condo

Good tool for setting your pricing Good tool for setting your pricing. Unfortunately not all features are available depending on who you use for a PMS. For example, you cannot set discounts for varying lengths of stay which would be quite useful.

the tool that I relied on is being… the tool that I relied on is being destroyed in front of my eyes. its no longer usable: 1. based on my experience and other professionals (London), model is no longer working. extreme seasons and weekend spikes are not being booked so their algo is stupid. 2. UI upgrades make the app unusable, especially the calendar Happy to reconsider the review if you revert the calendar UI

This product is a gamechanger This product is a gamechanger. I have struggled for 10 years to know how best to price my vacation rental. Not only does Pricelabs give me the confidence to understand why I select a particular price but it keeps an eye on things to let me know when the market circumstances change.
