Rented a cabin in January Rented a cabin in January, before Cover-19. Paid half in January, second half due in March. Also purchased the travel insurance. At the end of March, made the decision to cancel due to Cover-19. I was told to file a claim with the travel insurance company, I did of course ,denied. Attempted to resolve through credit card company, I was able to get half of my money back, still fighting to get back the second half ($1178.38). I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and will taking other legal action. I did read reviews before booking, and they were good, when I went back after this, the bad reviews are there and they are horrible, ranging from cleaning issues, to the same type of problem I am having . So buyer be ware!

The reservation process and staff has… The reservation process and staff has been great. Our trip is a couple of months away, so expecting the check-in/check-out process to be the same experience. Plan to keep this company in my travel folder for future rentals.

I Hate to go. I hate to write this review after a 5 year relationship with Errol and Barb. 1st Barb is Fabulous and so were the accommodations. I've rented from them many times and have developed a great relationship. The cleaning crew they used staged and trashed the place and said that my guests did it. In my past years we always took care of the property like it was ours. I hope know one else has or will experience this. I just can't understand why they would do that. We brought in a personal chef to cook all our meals and you should see the pics they sent that said how the chef trashed the pantry. Again the property is awesome, Barb is awesome but the cleaning staff is the devil. Unfortunately I will not be renting from them again until I get an apology.

The Cabin Rental Store is a great place… The Cabin Rental Store is a great place to book a cabin. I have booked cabins for several years and have never been disappointed. Barb is always very helpful and makes the reservation easy. I would recommend The Cabin Rental Store very highly. I and a group of 13 have already made reservations for October 2020 and can not wait for our trip. Thank you Barb for all your great help.
