Always a great stay and Customer… Always a great stay and Customer service. We were there during Hurricane Michael this year and there was a Mandatory evacuation. We went to Gulf Shores, AL for 2 days and stayed with friends. After it missed Destin, we returned for three more days and were given a refund for two days even without Insurance. Been staying with Holiday Isle since 2010 and will be back every year, sometimes twice when we can. Thanks!

Our stay was very enjoyable with only… Our stay was very enjoyable with only one exception. The condition of the bathroom in the unit we stayed in was in need of repair. The tile floor was cracked and breaking apart. Tile slivers were on the floor in front of the bathtub; it was very uncomfortable to step out of the tub onto the unsteady flooring. In addition, the toilet appeared lose on the cracked tile. It bears repeating the floor was unsafe. All other aspects of the trip from booking until departure were seamless. Thank you.

Overall good Overall, nice accommodations, great location, just thought they could have had a few more little conveniences, such as first roll paper towels or napkins, coffee filters, garbage bags, no hairdryers, etc. we went to Dollar Store & hopefully helped the guests after us. Maybe that is the norm in that area ??

The property we rented matched the… The property we rented matched the photos online. No unexpected surprises. The rental company went above & beyond to be helpful. They placed a call to us on our arrival date to remind us of check-in procedures and to give directions. They also had sand buckets & beach toys for each of the five children traveling with us.

Summertime at Holiday Isle I have stayed for a summer break at a Holiday Isle property in Destin, FL for the past five years and each time it has been a wonderful experience. The rooms are always clean and prepared for our arrival. Its location to the beach is ideal. My family and always have a fantastic time. I am looking forward to staying with them next year. I highly recommend them
