I have rented at Seacrest on Okaloosa… I have rented at Seacrest on Okaloosa Island for 15 years and loved it. Holiday Isle Properties took over last year and it was a nightmare. The air conditioning went out the first week and was not fixed until the last 2 days of our monthly stay. The price has now tripled from last year and I have been unable to get a reply from Holiday Isle by email or phone to see if they are even offering monthly rates. Needless to say I have found another property to rent.

We have visited two of your properties We have visited two of your properties, Holiday Beach and Raquet club and the Inlet reef property, we stayed at the first listed for quite a few times in the last 25 years we stayed at the Inlet reef property this past year and found that more to our liking although both properties were exceptional. quality service holiday isle does a quality job on their part.... I was a bit disappointed that we were unable to book the inlet reef due to a change in pet policy... our 60 pound golden doodle was no longer allowed.... this was our favorite vacation spot and our golden doodle was a hit with everyone she came in contact with during previous visit.... I truly think that the weight of the pet is not a good indicator of an aggressive pet.... she is a cuddler.... hopefully inlet reef will reconsider their policy

Our stay was very enjoyable with only… Our stay was very enjoyable with only one exception. The condition of the bathroom in the unit we stayed in was in need of repair. The tile floor was cracked and breaking apart. Tile slivers were on the floor in front of the bathtub; it was very uncomfortable to step out of the tub onto the unsteady flooring. In addition, the toilet appeared lose on the cracked tile. It bears repeating the floor was unsafe. All other aspects of the trip from booking until departure were seamless. Thank you.
