I have rented at Seacrest on Okaloosa… I have rented at Seacrest on Okaloosa Island for 15 years and loved it. Holiday Isle Properties took over last year and it was a nightmare. The air conditioning went out the first week and was not fixed until the last 2 days of our monthly stay. The price has now tripled from last year and I have been unable to get a reply from Holiday Isle by email or phone to see if they are even offering monthly rates. Needless to say I have found another property to rent.

Great place-easy to work with. Stayed in sandpiper cove 9207. The property was beautiful and incredibly clean! Very big and location was fantastic! The owner put a lot of effort into little things, including a bookshelf of books to read at the beach. Checkin was a breeze and booking was no problem even last minute. Had some maintenance issues on the first day and they worked hard to try to get them resolved. Wish the owner was a little more responsive on the exterior maintenance. There is a great view from the master bedroom balcony but you can’t use it because the patio doors are so bad you have to force them open and then they won’t shut. Should have been replaced years ago. Also screens are torn and windows need replacing.

A little piece of heaven I recommend the company, great service over all properties. Regarding the property on Pelican Resort is good only, if you're expecting quite mornings then don't choose this unit. Is located right next to the trash container, so every morning by 7am trash service will wake you up, but if you're an early morning people then you will love it, the price is unbelievable and unbeatable cheap. Is a basic unit, no fancy, no nothing. I love it because I'm a simple guy, and my family as well. We love the beaches, the service on the resort, the pools, the jacuzzi, the Bar, the convenient store, food, drinks, has everything.

We have visited two of your properties We have visited two of your properties, Holiday Beach and Raquet club and the Inlet reef property, we stayed at the first listed for quite a few times in the last 25 years we stayed at the Inlet reef property this past year and found that more to our liking although both properties were exceptional.
