Seacrest Oakaloosa Island: 3Million plus: Upgrades Holiday Isle has taken our units to a new level with thier Premier program. I invested and this summer paid off. SEACREST HOA is undertaken a 3 million plus in infastructure upgrade. Each Unit new with get sliding doors and windows with UVC light tint and very insulated from flux in temps. The outside and all area repainted and coated and new look and feel. This summer challenged renters and owns alike with major issues such as noise , trash , and parking with a small percent of renters. Steps are taken to ensure management handles accordingly. Oakaloosa Island still family friendly and those are Seacrest values and Holiday Isle as well who manages approx half of the units.

quality service holiday isle does a quality job on their part.... I was a bit disappointed that we were unable to book the inlet reef due to a change in pet policy... our 60 pound golden doodle was no longer allowed.... this was our favorite vacation spot and our golden doodle was a hit with everyone she came in contact with during previous visit.... I truly think that the weight of the pet is not a good indicator of an aggressive pet.... she is a cuddler.... hopefully inlet reef will reconsider their policy

We have visited two of your properties We have visited two of your properties, Holiday Beach and Raquet club and the Inlet reef property, we stayed at the first listed for quite a few times in the last 25 years we stayed at the Inlet reef property this past year and found that more to our liking although both properties were exceptional. A little piece of heaven I recommend the company, great service over all properties. Regarding the property on Pelican Resort is good only, if you're expecting quite mornings then don't choose this unit. Is located right next to the trash container, so every morning by 7am trash service will wake you up, but if you're an early morning people then you will love it, the price is unbelievable and unbeatable cheap. Is a basic unit, no fancy, no nothing. I love it because I'm a simple guy, and my family as well. We love the beaches, the service on the resort, the pools, the jacuzzi, the Bar, the convenient store, food, drinks, has everything.
