Fabulous home This home was fabulous! It was clean, comfortable and stylish. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely common space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy to communicate with owner who was very responsive. One of the most comfortable and fun homes we have ever stayed in. Location was also great--easy to access the beach, yet in a quiet beautiful neighborhood going up the hill toward the palisades. Highest rating!!

Charming, comfortable, adobe dwelling We stayed in this charming adobe dwelling for eight nights. It was exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen was very well-stocked with cooking gear. It was quiet and comfortable. It was a perfect size for three and could have accommodated four with ease. For reasons that are unclear, the power went out in the second bedroom one evening; however, it was promptly restored the following morning.

Trial Period Success Turnkey’s initial, 4-month trial period renting-out our home was a great success. Despite a couple of home repairs that had to be handled, Turnkey’s crew and dedication to make the renters’ experience resulted in a 5-star review across the board. They excel in communication, resulting in a service that benefits both owner and renter. We truly let them handle everything!

Be sure to review the cancelation… Be sure to review the cancelation policy thoroughly. We had to cancel a reservation due to a covid hospitalization and a death in the family. We gave ample notification and were still charged full price. When contacted for some sort of reimbursement, they referenced the cancelation policy and sent us packing, charging us full price for something we didn't use. They had enough time to rent it out again. I'm sure they did and made double the money. We will never use Turnkey or VRBO again.

Convenient, comfortable and well-appointed home! This beautiful property was well-appointed, cozy, comfortable and very convenient. Highly recommend - we would definitely stay here again. The ease of calling the Canyons Connect shuttle to get up and down the mountain was great (although cabriolet lift is very close). Our kids really enjoyed the pool - nothing but great things to say!
