Great location a block from the cabriolet lift. Great location a block from the Cabriolet lift at the Canyons. Older unit but clean. Couch and dishwasher need attention, some quirky electrical outlets that at times failed to charge our phones. My biggest complaint is that I contacted Turnkey prior to booking to verify the number of full bayhs and was assured there were 3. In reality there were only 2 1/2 baths which made showering a headache for six guys trying to get ready for dinner. It met our needs but barely.

Trial Period Success Turnkey’s initial, 4-month trial period renting-out our home was a great success. Despite a couple of home repairs that had to be handled, Turnkey’s crew and dedication to make the renters’ experience resulted in a 5-star review across the board. They excel in communication, resulting in a service that benefits both owner and renter. We truly let them handle everything!

Great PGAW Condo We recently spent a long weekend at this beautiful property in PGA West. The condo is in great condition and very comfortable. The patio has a wonderful eastern view making for beautiful morning sunrises. It is set far back from the golf hole with no cart path so plenty of quiet privacy. It is very close to the stadium gate so easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. Turnkey does a great job making everything easy from check in to check out. We come to PGAW many times each year and we will definitely book this property again.

We appreciated being able to text them and their swiftness in response time. I didn’t get a sense of tedious bureaucracy, just a quick, useful and human answer to my questions. Well done!

Horrible place to rent from Such a joke, this turnkey vacation rentals is a horrible place to rent from. There is a state of emergency up in San Bernardino mts where we rented the cabin, roads are closed and there is an official state of emergency and they won't refund us our money? Stay away from Turnkey vacation rentals, they will rip you off no matter what!
