Great condo in a great location for… Great condo in a great location for skiing. Gondola is walking distance or there is a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off. Condo is perfectly appointed for couples and families. I actually liked that it was on the first floor allowing us to store our boards and skis before going inside. I was a little worried after I had already booked and read that it had no privacy-there are shades and the traffic was actually minimal to the doors that are nearby.

Wonderful Home, View, Experience ! Beautiful home. Excellently accommodated 4 couples. 3 Large bedrooms en-suite, 4th smaller with bath down hall but powder room right next to bedroom. Large gourmet kitchen with wrap around counter. Accommodates multiple cooks! The views from the living room and patio with its wall to wall sliding glass doors is spectacular! Beautiful Sunsets most nights. Unobstructed ocean views below. Ride into Kona takes about 10 minutes or so. Shopping nearby for groceries, etc. Safeway, Walmart both close.

WORST EXPERIENCE Cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours in advance despite booking 7 months ago! Who does that? The only “comparable” rental they would offer was not acceptable for our needs. They actually had one property available that would work, but wanted us to cover cost difference. Turnkey forced us to book the day before our flight, Of course it’s higher! Will never work with turnkey and will share our experience with as many people as possible. AVOID!

We never received door code We never received door code. TurnKey finally replied 8 hours after our check in time. We had already contacted Airbnb to cancel the reservation and book with a more competent company while waiting for a reply. In the year 2023 and the availability of options for digital communication a reply should not take 8 hours. A key part of the day in this type of business is to have someone watching all communications from 3pm-6pm during check in times at all places under your umbrella.

Great to work with! This is the second time we have used Turnkey. The organization works very hard to make your first experience with a new home positive. Directions to your rental are concise. Instructions for entry are useful including a video tutorial to unlock the door. We won't hesitate to use them in future should we re-visit the area.
