GBManagement has zero respect for boundaries Working in this company also means sacrificing your work-life balance. The management does not respect the personal boundaries of the employees. You will forced to work even if it's already outside of your work hours and despite not being paid for the extra work. You have nothing else to do besides comply since the politics here may get you removed from the company. It's a truly toxic work culture.

GBThird Home is a really great for us… Third Home is a really good set up and option for me and my family. We own a ski in/ ski out property in Colorado and have enjoyed it for many years. However, we use it a bit less as the kids got older and wanted to figure out monetizing it but not just renting it to whomever. ThirdHome is the perfect fit. We get amazing vacations to other members properties and all people (who also own properties) to stay at ours. We are going to Mexico and Hawaii this year for next to nothing because of ThirdHome’s program. We know our property will be better cared for from ThirdHome members, and we do the same when we travel to their amazing properties. It is an awesome exchange program.

GB*Censored review title* -redacted ThirdHome signed me up claiming my property was so nice that I wouldn't have to pay the $300 (!) annual membership dues. Turns out, that was just for the first year. (They never said that on the initial call.) I travel a ton to all sorts of locations and I've yet to find a single available property. Some major cities have ZERO properties. Also, they sell themselves as a home swap, but then they take huge fees for the bookings, on average $1000! So, you're maybe saving a few hundred dollars, but it's not worth the effort of trying to coordinate dates with homeowners, especially because bookings are strangely based on pre-set weeks. Site/app is not good. Management/support is super shady, making all sorts of assurances to keep you on board and then backing out of them. Stay away. I regret all the time and money I put in to acquire "keys" and then never get to use them. UPDATE: The company flagged my review and TrustPilot threatened to take it down. While I don’t agree with this action, the offending statements have been removed. Since writing this review, a VP from the company reached out and is working with me to resolve my issues. I appreciate the communication and transparency of this person in the process. I will update my review further once I have used the service for a stay.

GBTerrible scam of a company Terrible scam of a company. They tap into personal sensitive information to profile members. I'll keep my property in Airbnb and pay when traveling.

GBBest year of my life I joined THIRDHOME a year ago and I have had the best year of my life for holidays having already been to 10 properties and received a loyalty key! I have been able to take my family and my friends all over the world and all of the properties without exception ,have been of a very high standard . Plus the hosts have all been very generous and helpful . New properties and dates are coming up all the time and THIRDHOME keep you constantly updated by email literally everyday. I can’t wait to open their emails to plan my next holiday. I have 3 up and coming holidays in my reservations; Scotland, in an 18 person property, USA Orlando in a 7 bedroomed property on a golf resort near Disney and one I am very excited for , a barge moored in Amsterdam port with its very own captain! Big shout out to Michelle and Ben at the company who have been very patient and helpful explaining how everything work and showing how to get the best out of my membership So waste no time and join today and start travelling with stays at a fraction of their true value
