CAOver priced for a run down house Over priced for a run down house. we spent everyday on our vacation dealing with coming that was not working properly. Steven was not helpful most times and I’m sure that I was actually talking to several different people even though it said I was only speaking with “Steven” through the Airbnb platform. Beds were broken, dressers drawers falling out, dressers were stuffed in closets, pool cues had no ends on them, didn’t have a bbq when we showed up ( paid extra ), tv remotes had dead batteries, air conditioning didn’t work properly, garbage all over the place at the front door that they never came and cleaned up, coffee maker didn’t work.. that’s all just off the top of my head. He addressed each issues with “ so sorry, we will be sure to fix that for the next guests”. Wouldn’t recommend staying in a place under this company’s management

GBRefund Have been renting there home over the past 5years. Due to the covid-19 this year had to cancel, an they are give me a run around about my refund. They never answer there phone and when you Email them it take days for them to email you back. After this experience I will never book with them again or recommend them.

CADo not stay at any of the Crystal Cove… Do not stay at any of the Crystal Cove properties. We stayed at two next door to each other Day we arrived both garbages were over flowing worth garbage everywhere. Called to get cleaned up and took a week The floors in both homes were so dirty they turned our feet black for the first few days, we had to clean everything ourselves The pool heat didn't work in one of the homes, we asked for someone to come check it out and they said everything was running fine. Second last day pool guy comes as says water level is too low for the heat sensor to read it One house had a home in its wall, and a broken couch. Pool sticks for pool table are not in working use Company will do everything they can to not take responsibility for anything and try not to come and help when called Do not stay here We have reached out to sweet homes by e-mail to resolve this multiple times, and they just ignore our e-mails now and we get no response. Not a company to rent with, bad customer service

GBRenters BEWARE!! House was not ready for Rental. First day we arrived we walked into a hot house. Checked everything, No pots and pans. Not enough silverware, fridge drawers broken, old and damaged furniture. No patio Furnitures. Worst place ever.
