The house is perfect location for the… The house is perfect location for the beach! Great for large families and kids, since the beach isn't too packed. The house is cute and has lots of space for a big group. Honestly the only problem we really had was with the cleanliness of the home. The house was pretty dirty overall everywhere. Don't expect to use any dishes provided without washing first. Our sheets also had blood and stains on them. They looked like they haven't even been washed from the previous peoples stay. So overall, It wasn't a bad stay. Great for families. They just need to work on the cleanliness of the home to make me want to return to stay again.

It was fine.. It was fine... the people sharing the house with my husband and I were looking for a cheaper option... You definitely get what you pay for. The house needs some updating. If you're looking for a spectacular house, this isn't it, but it was totally fine. ie: The bulbs in the bathrooms get so hot that its hard to stand in the bathroom and curl my hair/put on my makeup. The dishwasher didn't really get the dishes clean. The shower was a little gross. Our biggest complaint is that the cable didn't work. Yes, we were at the beach, so we shouldn't need it. But we like to gather at night and watch tv. (especially because it was unusually cold weather)

Dissatisfied My family stayed in COB unit 322 the week of 10/6/18. Four of the eight patio chairs were not useable. The toilets in both master bedrooms were filthy. The metal bed in the master bedroom was not secured. Someone had attempted to repair with super glue! Fortunately, my son-in-law had tools and repaired it. Otherwise, it would have collapsed and could have caused serious injury. Lastly, the glass-top table on the patio was not secured and it almost fell on my 11 year old granddaughter. It is a very heavy top and could have resulted in a serious injury or death had we not caught it. We have stayed at COB for the last 15 years and never had such terrible conditions. We will not consider this unit again, nor recommend it to others. Also, as property managers, there is an expectation that you ensure that the rental units are in safe condition. This certainly had a negative impact on our family vacation.

Needs updating The condo was in a fantastic location and we enjoyed the beautiful beach. The pools, however, were lukewarm and not at all refreshing. We avoided them. The master bedroom and bath in the individual unit was very nicely done. The other bedrooms were minimally decorated and not at all on the level that the rent would support. The two other bathrooms were also disappointing (tiny and out of date) At least one of the tubs needs to be replaced with a stand alone shower.

Most of staff very responsive. Overall just another rental company. Most of staff very responsive. One employee who was in charge of registration was armed with an attitude of arrogance and dismissal. Otherwise the staff was very helpful. Condo was okay and met average standards. Floors were not cleaned upon arrival but they did send housekeeping.
