Outstanding Service I’ve been using Mango Tours for the longest time to book my plate tickets to Manila. This time around, Charleze Parinas helped me finalize my booking! Outstanding customer service overall. My initial booking expired and she made sure I still got the same flight/rate/airlines from my original reservation. Using Google Chrome, frustrating The ability to do everything online was nice. Issues came up when using Google Chrome browser when entering passport info - entering the expiration date resulted in the other info being deleted. Had the same issue with the "Additional Info" field, so ended up leaving them blank. The one thing I would like to see is for the specific airline options. We selected EVA Air, because we think it's good. EVA's Premium Economy on their website is broken into 3 levels with three different prices. Mango's website doesn't give info on the level your making a reservation for, in fact there are no options for different levels of Premium Economy. The final oddity was getting a text from a Mango agent who had me mixed up with another customer, didn't look at the my name.

Excellent Job! Amy of Mango Tours was very helpful and accommodating in addressing all of our inquiries. Even with my tight schedule, she made sure all my questions were answered and followed up with me regarding my requests. She was very honest and professional throughout the entire process.
