GBUsing Google Chrome, frustrating The ability to do everything online was nice. Issues came up when using Google Chrome browser when entering passport info - entering the expiration date resulted in the other info being deleted. Had the same issue with the "Additional Info" field, so ended up leaving them blank. The one thing I would like to see is for the specific airline options. We selected EVA Air, because we think it's good. EVA's Premium Economy on their website is broken into 3 levels with three different prices. Mango's website doesn't give info on the level your making a reservation for, in fact there are no options for different levels of Premium Economy. The final oddity was getting a text from a Mango agent who had me mixed up with another customer, didn't look at the my name.
