Outstanding Service I’ve been using Mango Tours for the longest time to book my plate tickets to Manila. This time around, Charleze Parinas helped me finalize my booking! Outstanding customer service overall. My initial booking expired and she made sure I still got the same flight/rate/airlines from my original reservation. Very efficient Very efficient, very clear instructions, meticulous ff-up in booking our flights which involved a large group with slight differences in itineraries. Almost immediate responses to text messqages. Kim followed thru all the way til past 8 pm until our tickets were issued. Left us her contact number too for any questions. Very very highly recommended!!! And price was slightly better than what I saw online at airlines' sites.
