GBPatrick saved the day… I made a very regretful online puchase on my credit card and immediately called my bank to warn them it was a mistake but they could not help me. Patrick Williams in customer service recognized my panic as it was a large amount. After a long talk, he was able to remove the transaction and it no longer shows on my account. I am finally able to exhale. Thank you, Patrick.
