Excellent travel planning experience We worked with Pavlus Travel and our advisor Sheila to plan and book a cruise and land vacation to Colombia and to the Caribbean via Explora Journeys. Sheila was wonderful, efficient and helpful in keeping our costs for air in line with our budget. Tracey from Pavlus truly listened: Result- a Great Trip! Tracey from Pavlus truly listened to what, where and when we wanted to travel. As a result, we recently returned from a Regency Seven Seas Navigator, all inclusive cruise from Bali to Bangkok. Tracey helped us to secure all of the necessary travel documents for this part of the world, made sure we have a great suite location on the ship. She also checked to make sure that our first/business class travel to and from the ship was well organized. As a result the entire trip was interesting, enjoyable and hastle free.
