Ace Young is an amazing agent at above 9 Ace Young is an amazing at his job! He worked on my Epic trip to Turkey tirelessly at all hours of the day and night. I had many pivots to my itinerary and he adjusted with agility of a tiger! From excellent business class seats to booking the perfect hotels. I very highly recommend Ace, he’s a true credit to Above 9!

The agent was excellent. The agent, Tom, was great. His responses and follow-ups were quick and gave us enough options so we can make the best choice for our need. The British airline cancelled our flight and scheduled us on flight 6 hours later missing the second connection, but Tom worked out a several options to meet our need. It would have been even better, if he caught the flight change and notified us for best options.
