The agent was excellent. The agent, Tom, was great. His responses and follow-ups were quick and gave us enough options so we can make the best choice for our need. The British airline cancelled our flight and scheduled us on flight 6 hours later missing the second connection, but Tom worked out a several options to meet our need. It would have been even better, if he caught the flight change and notified us for best options.

My travel assistant was FABULOUS!!! My travel guide was Jason Cooper. He could not have been more accommodating, more helpful. I highly recommend both Above9 and Jason. Of course I haven't yet made my trip but so far all has been excellent.

Lots of options resulted in great bookings My wife and I live in northern CA, my daughter and her companion live in southern CA. Mr. Larson researched many options for travel for the four of us to/from Hungary and managed to book us on the upper deck of 747s: my favorite biz class travel. And he cheerfully unraveled a mess I made when I made a typo in a passport name. Second time I’ve used Above9, and it won’t be the last.
