Great customer service I just booked some business class flights from USA to Nepal with Buy Business Class. The representative Mahi was very responsive to my requests. He searched exhaustively to find the best itinerary to meet my needs. I wish I had called earlier before spending two days searching for the best route myself!

Best routes to/from New Zealand Excellent customer service! Initially we had vague ideas about how much time we would be spending in New Zealand before/after an expedition cruise. Yanosh was attentive to all of our inquiries and offered many options. When we firmed up our dates of travel, he offered multiple alternatives for our consideration. We were somewhat flexible with our departure dates, which gave him more leeway in helping to plan our flights. He was always patient, polite and listened to what we were saying.

I was to fly today 4/12/24 to London on… I was to fly today 4/12/24 to London on British Airways. So late last night early this morning I get a text that my flight has been cancelled. Long story short, the airline’s rebooking would not get me to London before the group I was joining left to Italy on the Eurostar. I made the decision to cancel my 16 day trip. Alex my travel agent was able to get me a refund. Very professional during all of my dealings with the company. He understood my frustrations of having this untimely event that ruined a long planned trip. I will definitely call on his services for future travel needs.
