I was to fly today 4/12/24 to London on… I was to fly today 4/12/24 to London on British Airways. So late last night early this morning I get a text that my flight has been cancelled. Long story short, the airline’s rebooking would not get me to London before the group I was joining left to Italy on the Eurostar. I made the decision to cancel my 16 day trip. Alex my travel agent was able to get me a refund. Very professional during all of my dealings with the company. He understood my frustrations of having this untimely event that ruined a long planned trip. I will definitely call on his services for future travel needs.

We're quite pleased with BBC Erik did his best to help us with last minute changes for which we are grateful. However, it sometimes takes a while to get communication going (2 emails and a phone call) which can be frustrating under the circumstances of our urgent problem. I'm hoping all will be good since we changed airlines and had to pay more for that different airline. We are pleased with BBC and hopefully will be able to do travel again with you.
