Passports is hands down the best for custom private student tours! I cannot tell you how grateful we are for the incredible tour passport put together for us. I have been leading European tours for 25 years and hands down Passports gets it right. I’m a little annoyed with myself for not moving to Passports sooner. Our custom private tour was exactly what I hoped for. Minus the rain in Venice, Florence and Rome- nothing any of us can control. And some snafus with flights in due to strike and a missed connection on the return due to airport construction- again out of our control. The trip was exceptional. Students had a meaningful educational experience, they bonded as a group and had fun enjoying so many unique parts of Italy. From Venice to Positano this group soaked it all up and left room to return! Chiara our Tour Director was beyond amazing, organized, kind, considerate, and brilliant! A Great Tour Company and Great Customer Service This was our first trip with Passports. We had heard good things by we were not completely sure what to expect. I have to say, we had many conversations during the trip that revolved around how great a job Passports was doing on the trip. From the hotels to the meals, from the transportation to the activities, from our tour guide to the behind the scenes work that Passports employees had done to ensure a quality tour, we were satisfied at all turns.
