GBMy experience to Bali was amazing My experience to Bali was amazing. The deal was unbelievable. Saved thousands of dollars in total cost cuz of the Bali package. They were very quick in responding to my emails and gave me the contact info of all the people from the hotels following up to the drivers picking us up to all the excursions that we did that were included in the package. The 4 seasons hotel were already familiar with what our package included from VIP traveler. Communication was excellent and overall experience was incredible. I would do it again ASAP.

GBUbud resort is fantastic. Kempinski beach not good I loved the Padma resort in Ubud. The spa service was fantastic. The Japanese restaurant was excellent. I loved the beautiful pool. The included privates driver was excellent and spent a wonderful day going to waterfalls and temples around Ubud. The Kempinski resort beach was not good. You could not swim in the ocean at the resort. The voucher system for food at the restaurants felt uncomfortable to use. When using the vouchers for dinner, it did not include any drinks. I understand having to pay for soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, but water/tea was not included and also had to be paid for. The service staff was wonderful but the Kempinski felt a little pretentious to me. I would not go back to that resort.

MXA dream vacation made a reality The Maldives was a destination that had been on my bucket list for a while and seemed like a far off dream. VIP Traveler made the dream a reality! It was a great deal and loved that everything including the seaplane was coordinated for us. We had a memorable experience at The Standard, Maldives and would love to be able to visit again in the future.

GBThe trip experience was seamless The trip experience was seamless at Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic. The information provided in advance was helpful to understand what was included. (No unwanted surprises) A couple of things that could be helpful. First, transportation to/from airport as an optional fee would be great. Second, the VIP experience has a separate area of checkin from the main resort lobby. We didn’t know that and had to move our luggage (with wonderful assistance).
