First off the pricing was excellent, the deals we got were not bait and switch with a million extra fees. Secondly they provided great assistance in answering my questions and communicating with the resorts. I travel with kids and making sure there aren't issues with headcount, food, transport from the airport. They are a legit service and if you see a deal/exclusive that suits you don't hesitate just book it

Once in a lifetime experience Wow, VIP Travel did not disappoint. Their package for the Maldives was spectacular. They call trips like this once in a lifetime, but because of VIP Travel's great deals, I want to do a trip like this again sooner rather than later. The inclusion of food, experiences, and other accommodations made this experience truly unforgettable.

Went to the Maldives at the Radisson… Went to the Maldives at the Radisson Blu hotel. VIP traveler was very responsive. They offer an amazing package at an amazing price. The trip was a dream come true and the most relaxing vacation my husband and I ever been on. It was truly beautiful.

Super Impressed! I have to say- I was skeptical, and was looking for reviews on VIP Traveler myself before using their services and couldn't find any, so I want to make sure I leave one! VIP Traveler was EXCELLENT from start to finish. I was super concerned that it was too good to be true, but I spoke to them on the phone before booking and they were super transparent and it was a "real" person that answered and corresponded throughout. Because they are working with so many different time zones, they answered my late night emails almost immediately as well. As soon as I "booked" I contacted the hotels directly (like I said, skeptic!) and they already had my confirmation in the system and ready to go, including all of the promised amenities VIP Traveler said I was going to receive. I found it helpful to keep in mind that even if you are working with a 3rd party company, you can still always talk to the hotels directly. I don't ordinarily stay at resorts or use a travel agent, but I decided for my honeymoon I would give it a try as I simply didn't have the bandwith to do any more research, and VIP Traveler made me a believer (in both resort life and travel agents!). My experience going to Bali was seamless and VIP Traveler was super responsive. We had one small hiccup (the resort didn't give us all of the meal vouchers we were supposed to have), but honestly it might have been on me if I had just counted first, and VIP Traveler fixed it almost immediately. They are definitely reputable and I will be using their services again for sure!
