Understandably, we were a bit nervous as this was also our first time using VIP Traveler. Customer service was wonderful. I emailed them a few times because I was getting cold feet. They gave me a couple different options and reassured. I ended up not changing anything partially because of how they eager they were to help me. We got an amazing deal through them and they set up everything!! There was someone waiting for us once we landed and took us through the airport and showed us right where to wait for our next transportation to the hotel. They got our luggage and took us to a nice lounge to snack while we waited. We did not have to think about anything. It was priceless. We can't wait to use them again and have recommended them to so many people already.

Very convenient and stress-free! The staff at VIP Traveler took care of my wife and I on our honeymoon. The booking process was extremely easy, and everything was laid out in front of us so there were no surprises when it was time to travel. The resort was in contact with VIP Traveler and we didn't need to do anything other than arrive and relax while everything was handled on the back end. I highly recommend this agency to anybody looking for a stress-free and relaxing experience on their luxury vacation.
