He spent a lot of time dealing with the airlines in order to ensure that my travel needs were met, and that I could get the flights and connections within the agreed upon price range. Fly World Class Customer Rating I highly recommend Fly World Class to anyone wishing to travel in style for a great price. Chaika Peralta was wonderful to deal with, very polite, professional yes still friendly. She delivered all that was promised and I had a great flight, best seat on the plane and encountered no problems whatsoever. Thank you Chaika! First time customer after I had to stop… First time customer after I had to stop my purchase at the beginning of the pandemic. Good customer service, not pushy to book when travel was pretty much impossible. Completely changing travel plans from Europe to just spend summer in the Hamptons. I saved some money and looking forward to seeing what savings they have for Europe when I am ready to make that trip.

Our flights proceeded without a hitch and were exactly what we had hoped for. Our trip to Singapore, which was arranged by Fly World Class, has just ended. With the exception of an hour delay on our flight from Manila to Singapore, the brief vacation was flawless and everything happened as planned. Because Fly World Class had very little to no contact with us after we made our reservation and before we left, we were a little uneasy. I had to ask Pauline for assistance. However, the flights proceeded without a hitch and were exactly what we had hoped for. I wouldn't think twice about using Fly World Class for future trip, but perhaps the next time, a bit more comforting communication would be appreciated prior to departure.

Not willing to compete fairly I have used this company several times. When I tried to get a quote from them this time this is the message I got: “Let me know what they offered you so I can give you my advice if we can even help you out. I'm not going to compete against Skylux or other agents.” They wouldn’t even quote me a price since I said I was going to get bids from two companies. I feel it’s cheating to ask what my other bid was. It’s a shame they are not willing to compete honestly
