SEI live outside the US I live outside the US, and my credit card wouldn't work. The agent held my ticket till changed to a US credit card. Then the bank stopped the payment until I could notify them giving "permission". The entire time, the agent kept my booking and ticket available for me! Thank you!!!

GBNeil Cruz is excellent Neil Cruz makes this agency one of the best. I hope it all works out well but, until now, Neil has been enormously helpful, patient and understanding. I think he is an excellent, supportive travel agent. He understood my hesitation in this period, he waited, he suggested options.

GBI booked a round trip ticket to Denmark… I booked a round trip ticket to Denmark through Fly World Class. The process was easy and Neil Cruz was very patient and responsive. Neil always followed up. The paperwork was secure and simple. My trip is not until August, so I will provide updates on my experience and when I return in September I will finalize my review.
