Francine went above and beyond to help… Francine went above and beyond to help straighten out an issue I was experiencing with a cruise app. She conferenced in someone from the cruise line and ensured my issue got resolved.

Will use again It was very easy to reserve the booking. But I didn’t double check something when paying and realized I made a mistake (definitely my fault) and cruise bound helped me fix it!

Not only did she apologize several times about the miscommunication, she took the time to explain how it happened.
