FReasy to use the Copenhague… It was easy to use the Copenhague card in every attraction . That's a pity that the round tower is exluded from the card because the price of the card is quite high and we still have to pay extra DKK to enter the tower. Moreover the hop on hop off bus could be included , that would allow tourists to get comments in their own language . Apart from that the card is very convenient to use in public transport too. I appreciated it .

GBEasy to use Easy to use, did not have to take time to buy entrance and transportation passes. Some confusion as to what was covered— boat cruise pass did not work at Nyhavn, Round Tower no longer covered, and Tivoli pass only covered entrance. Overall very worthwhile to purchase, would recommend

GBGood value We purchased the 96 hour card, which was perfect for our stay. It was easy to download the app and there were clear instructions on how to activate and use the card. Travel was hassle free and we made good use of the metro every day. We were fortunate to be staying near the water taxi stop and enjoyed the trip across to the street food market. The card also enabled us to catch the train to Roskilde and gain entry to the Viking Museum. The card gives you access to all the main tourist attractions and certainly covered all the sights we wanted to see. It also encouraged us to visit some attractions that we might not have done, had we had to pay for them. We all agreed it was money very well spent and would thoroughly recommend it.

CHit's just great to have free access to… it's just great to have free access to public transportation and to so many museums and sights. But now i have an unsolved problem: i bought the card twice, but of course activated just one. in the meantime you refunded me the second one (the one not activated) - but unfortunatedly twice as well (once on the 21st, once on the 23rd of april). One of these refunds is now "hanging / blocked" in my bank-account. Can you solve this problem? can you sort of "undo" the second refund? i'd appreciate you contacting me concerning this wrong/double transaction.
