A great experience It was my 1st time using this business, so I was nervous. 'Kayleigh' my assigned personnel stayed with through all steps and monitored and advised me all changes. Kudos for her superb customer service skills. We ended up being friends. Only Feedback I have is, try to keep longer lay overs if flying with different carriers, with different tickets.

Was wary about the legitimacy but was assured that I would get points and would be able to view my schedule on the airline website once confirmed and those all turned out true. I did not need to change my flights so cannot speak on that, but was told that changes and fees would be subject to the airlines rules.

Thank you Arturo Whether I book with him or not, Arturo worked really hard to get the flights I need and kept looking every time I told him that the options he sent me didn't work. He was responsive by phone, text, and email, polite, and understood my needs.

In good hands w Alex at Business Class Consolidator Alex was our go to person for Business Class Consolidator. She git us thevdesired trip on our oreferred airline and managed our 2 night stay on a layover. She never let us down. When our flights changed, she notified us. When we had questions, she answered them. We are beyond impressed w her attention to our upcoming trip. We have not had this level of assurance and willingness to help us with any other airlines. Thankfully our flight went well Thankfully our flight went well. We were very comfortable but concerned at the same time. March 17 and April 2, 2024 were our flight dates. On April 2 our flight attendants/ serving crew were very unorganized with all of their activities. From failing to greet customers in Business class, to unorganized meal service, it was distressing. Also, I did not realize I was flying on a 787 Dreamliner until shortly before take off. I will never ride on one again. BCC was great to work with. Next time I will ask about the type of plane!
