VICTORIA WAS THE BEST, SO PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING We just booked with Victoria a very difficult flight itinerary it was a multi departure and arrival, she worked with me relentlessly trying to provide me with everything on my wish list and I had a lot of wishes. She never gave up on me and found us an amazing itinerary and an amazing price too. It is my first time using this company but will definitely be using Victoria again for future travel. Was wary about the legitimacy but was assured that I would get points and would be able to view my schedule on the airline website once confirmed and those all turned out true. I did not need to change my flights so cannot speak on that, but was told that changes and fees would be subject to the airlines rules.

Our flight from Dallas to Sydney Our flight from Dallas to Sydney, Australia was canceled because of storms. I called Sophie, she immediately canceled all else and started working on a new flight plan. It worked perfectly and we actually arrived in Sydney earlier than planned. Thank you so much, Sophie!
