Our flight from Dallas to Sydney Our flight from Dallas to Sydney, Australia was canceled because of storms. I called Sophie, she immediately canceled all else and started working on a new flight plan. It worked perfectly and we actually arrived in Sydney earlier than planned. Thank you so much, Sophie! Very pleasant experience The price for our business class tickets to New Zealand was well below regular retail. Sasha was very patient with us and kept looking unbtil we found an itinerary that worked. Cathay Pacific and Quatar Air were great airlines and it was a pleasure to fly these very long trips. We also worked with Sasha or a trip to Israel and she was wonderful in cancelling and getting us a refund when the war broke out. Sasha booked us on a trip to Italy (with a 4 year old) and she kept that in mind when selecting flights We will definitely keep Sasha on speed dial for the future,
