Like others I was a bit hesitant, but the staff, (Rachel Bass)..contracted me by phone and email, asking for verification of my account, along with my id,(which is how they "Verify"its your account.., AND like stated they do not have access to your Credit card, you are selling your Miles..just need to verify its yours! Explained thoroughly what the procedure was and followed through. I was a bit skeptical at first giving them the use of our Alaska miles considering the scams that are all over the internet right now. But, this was legit and our transaction is complete.

I held on to my miles for quite some… I held on to my miles for quite some time knowing I wouldn't likely use them but figured selling them would be a hassle. Boy was I wrong!! The process took about 45 minutes from start to finish and they were very helpful explaining how everything was going to work which also reassured me.
