Got a call back from them within minutes to go over how it all works and what to expect. Upon them confirming my PayPal account and email address they sent me my money within 45 minutes of me agreeing to sell my miles. So easy and secure. Like others I was a bit hesitant, but the staff, (Rachel Bass)..contracted me by phone and email, asking for verification of my account, along with my id,(which is how they "Verify"its your account.., AND like stated they do not have access to your Credit card, you are selling your Miles..just need to verify its yours!
