GBOVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THE HOTEL WAS GOOD, AS WAS THE BREAKFAST. THIS IS NOT A CRITICISM BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF WE HAD PERHAPS BEEN INFORMED WHAT BUS WE NEEDED TO GET TO THE HOTEL. NOT SURE WHAT THE FISH AND CHIP STATEMENT MEANT AS IT WASN'T MENTIONED AND ON ASKING THE RECEPTIONIST SHE QUITE OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE COMPANY OR THE REASON FOR US STAYING. WE REALLY HAVE TO COMPLIMENT THE DRIVER FROM EVAN & EVANS WHO WAS VERY PLEASANT.

The hotel Westminster Curio collection is very nice and the staff Prince Joseph n his team have provided us with excellent service. A room with a view n even a treat in our room. Much appreciated The royal landmarks tour by Lou from London tool kits/ London city walk was absolutely fantastic. He gave us insight to all the spots. Even though it was drizzling he brightened the tour with in-depth information. The lunch of fish n chips at Poppies, Soho location was excellent I’d recommend your company to all for a fun trip to London Thank you very much

GBPositive experience traveling to Southampton for a cruise We needed transportation from London to Southampton for a cruise that departed on Monday, April 8, 2024 because our train tickets were canceled due to a strike. The service with Compendium was easy to book online and they were very responsive. We communicated via email and they quickly responded to any questions that I had. They arrived on time and even got us to the port a little ahead of schedule. Our driver was friendly as well.
