GBSCAMMERS If you are contacted by anyone from Travelomile from New Jersey (732.659.9056) claiming to operate on behalf of Lufthansa Airlines and then requesting surcharges for seats you have already purchased, HANG UP. TOTAL SCAM. They almost got away with $700 from me.

GBHelpful team - Successful Booking Charlie and Mary were super helpful in securing our tickets to make sure that we were able to use our flight credits as well as our travel vouchers (something apparently impossible to do on United's website). We're very pleased with their service and would recommend using them again.

GBIsrael Rocks! Israel was such a big help, even 6 months after my experience ! I was not pleased with the initial service at all. I called several times for about a month and spoke with several people, including supervisors, got absolutley no where and received no call backs as promised. Israel called one time to follow up on my review. He dug deep into the situation and found out answers in a couple of hours, that I couldn't get for weeks. He asked me to do some research on my side and called back to follow up on my findings. He really listened and really cared. Situation resolved. 5 stars for Israel and I hope he trains all the new employees ;)

GBPersonal Service with Excellence Sarah our representative was incredibly helpful with our flight arrangements during the busy holiday season. She was able to check layover times between our flights to assure that it was a reasonable amount of time for us to get to our 2nd gate. Sarah checked all the small details of our arrangements making us feel secure using Delta again for a special holiday trip.
