GBFranklin was the agent who helped me… Franklin was the agent who helped me enormously. I had a problem with a layover because Delta kept switching the times and he spent time trying many different ways to help me and listened in such a caring way and was able to solve my problem (which at moments seemed unsolvable). GBThis is a scam This is a scam, they will tell you there is an unpaid balance and take your money even when the tickets are already paid for. They say they work for Frontier but go through the Frontier app not this company they are frauds.
